DMCA Notice

Merge Fellas respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available on mergefellas.online infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA takedown notice to contact@mergefellas.online.

Please include the following information in your notice:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL or enough information for us to locate it on Merge Fellas.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to contact@mergefellas.online. Your counter-notification should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction for the address you provide, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Merge Fellas may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice or that person’s agent.

Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate and in our discretion, Merge Fellas may remove content or restrict access for users or sources that repeatedly infringe copyrights.
